Terms & conditions

By submitting your order and approving these terms & conditions, the customer enters a binding agreement.

1 Orders
a. When the customer orders a product or products via our webshop, they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
b. When the stock level was not correct at the time of receiving the order, danymz reserve the right to not deliver the item and cancel the order. The customer will get a notification/message and the money will be refunded within 14 days.
c. danymz reserves the right to change the price of the products at any given time.

2 Payment
a. We offer payments via: iDeal, PayPal and Creditcard.
b. The customer will receive a confirmation of the order via e-mail with the details.
c. danymz will not charge taxed (VAT) for customers outside the European Union. However, the customer can be charged for this by their country. danymz will not be responsible for any customs, taxes or other fees that will be applied when the product will arrive in your country.

3 Shipping
a. danymz is using PostNL to send the packages. The rates can be found on the Shop/Shipping FAQ. When PostNL changes their rates, danymz is changing them too.
b. The customer outside the European Union is responsible for any custom duties and/or taxes that their country will charge them. danymz is not responsible for any customs, taxes or other fees that will be applied when the product will arrive in your country.
c. All packages are shipped with a tracking code, so the customer can track their package. As soon as danymz shipped the package, danymz will provide the tracking code to the customer.

4 Quality of the products
a. The colors of the products can be different on the screen of your device than their actual colors.
b. If the customer is unhappy of the quality of the product or if there is a defect, the customer can e-mail danymz: info@thebranddanymz.com with their complaint and proof. danymz will look into this and come to a solution.

5. Returns
a. If the customer is unhappy with the product, they can return it in the original package within 14 days after receiving their order.
b. The customer needs to send an e-mail to info@thebranddanymz.com with the reason and/or proof why they want to return it. If the reason is valid, danymz will send the information with the return address. Once danymz will receive the return package, danymz will send an e-mail to the customer. If the return is approved, danymz will transfer the refund.
c. danymz will not cover the shipping costs for returns.

6. Exchange
a. If the customer ordered the wrong size, it’s only possible to exchange for another size if that size is still available and if the customer let danymz know they ordered the wrong size within 14 days after they received the product.
b. It’s possible that exchange is not possible due an empty stock. danymz advices their customer to check the size chart before ordering a size.
c. If the customer wants an exchange, they also need to cover the shipping costs.

7. Logo
a. The logo and the brand of danymz is registered. If you want to use the logo, send danymz an e-mail and/or give credit.
